Launching EnginRad

EnginRad is now live as a focused knowledge base for the engineering side of radiology.
The first pass of the site is intentionally simple. It starts with a small set of foundational guides so the structure stays useful while the content grows.
What is live today
- A cleaner homepage with direct links into the knowledge base
- Starter guides for CT systems, MRI infrastructure, PACS and DICOM workflow, QA basics, and image artifact troubleshooting
- A GitHub Pages deployment pipeline connected to
